Our dispatch department, located in our premises of the Avenue Louise in Brussels, will prepare your order and will give it to our partner UPS.

You will receive an automatic email containing the tracking number of your package, and a link allowing you to check the status of your delivery on the UPS website.

How to return your order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Degand, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the purchased products.
