If you would like to return your purchase

You may return purchased products within 14 days from their delivery date. Products must be complete, undamaged and unused.

The products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging (accompanied by all other accessories) and with the original invoice/delivery note. Products returned must not have been unpacked and used except as strictly necessary to try them on or to review the quality and with all original labels still attached. Products that are incomplete, damaged or soiled after delivery will not be taken back.

Pre-Order / Made To Order / Customized Products

Please note that all products that are especially ordered, created or personalized for you are excluded from the general right of withdrawal. 

How to proceed ?

First, you must notify us that you wish to return products. Such notification should reach us within 14 days from the delivery date of the products in question.

  1. Please contact our customer service via our contact form or send an email to info@maisondegand.com.
  2. Our representative will issue a return label, that you can use to return the products.

Products must be returned, at your own expense and risk. You will be informed by email as soon as your return is processed.

About the refund

The refund will take place within 14 days after the return of the products.
All refunds are made without charge using the original method of payment that you have used when paying for the products. Shipping costs will be refunded only to the extent that all products of the same order are returned and only the costs of the cheapest shipping option will be refunded.
