Shipping

We use all reasonable efforts to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped within five (5) business days from the receipt of the order.

Delivery times vary depending on external circumstances, including delivery times of external carriers, custom clearance and payment of customs duties (where applicable).

In most cases, your order should arrive within ten (10) business days (business days meaning Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Worldwide Express Shipping on all Orders

Orders to be delivered in Belgium or within the EU will be shipped using the services of FEDEX, except any special circumstances towards our discretion, where another carrier may be solicited.

All orders will be charged to cover shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, and will depend of your specific delivery address.

 

Our dispatching department located in our premises in Brussels, will prepare your order and will hand it over to carier for delivery.

You will receive an automatic email containing the tracking number of your package, and a link allowing you to check the status of your delivery on the carier website.
