Charles Louis Eloi Pernet, from several generations of the Nogent basin, founded his company in 1920. Elected "Meilleur ouvrier de France" in 1925, he developed his creations for renowned houses such as Hermès, Dupont, Vuitton and Dunhill. The production is still synonymous with quality and luxury of French tradition.
