Administrative Customer Relationship Manager | Host/Hostess

You are the very First Impression of Maison Degand. You will welcome customers, identify them and orient them according to their requests and needs. You will also be responsible for managing emails from reception, answering phone calls, collecting money from customers, and providing after-sales service. Communication and organization are the keys to this job. You are like a true conductor. You enjoy customer contact and are positive and well-caring.

Assignments :

  • Managing the Maison Degand reception
  • Managing emails from reception and answering the phone calls
  • Welcoming customers with a professional and a welcome attitude
  • Taking place in the perfect running of the customer experience and their satisfaction
  • Ensuring the collection of customers
  • Anticipating the customers’ requests and expectations
  • Ensuring the follow-up of the after-sales service
  • Creating new customers files in the software, or modifying them if necessary
  • Ensuring good communication between the different departments of Maison Degand: office, workshop, …
  • Entering the sales and the orders in the software

Profile description :

  • Excellent presentation, excellent education, respectful attitude, and good manners
  • Knowledge of Degand’s demanding clientele and quality standards
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality, luxury service, and a strong sense of attention to detail, with a desire to create an impeccable customer experience.
  • Manage the sales operating system
  • Correctly answer the telephones and emails
  • Highly rigorous in the execution of his/her assignments
  • Enjoy teamwork, be positive and well-care
  • Has significant experience in a similar post or a reputable company (high-quality standards)
  • Very good knowledge of French and Dutch or English is fundamental

    Type of contract :

    • Open-ended contract, Full-time, 5 days a week (including Saturdays)
