This small knife named Facette is a unique piece. Indeed, the blade and the spring are made in a damask 228 layers forged by Gérard Doursin. The particularity of this damask is to support the fold necessary to adapt perfectly to the handle of the Facette. Jacques Mongin's know-how has been perpetuated with his son-in-law Daniel Margaux who now passes the hand to a young cutler he trained. It is also he who carried out the assembly and assembly of this beautiful knife.
